The Paraclete shield is the lightest most flexible vest manufactured by Paraclete Armor & Equipment, Inc. The Shield is an excellent choice for law enforcement officers as well as security professionals, and comes in level IIIa soft armor protection levels. The shield is designed to hold the soft armor inserts in place to prevent sagging. The vest weighs 3.75lbs with a 6x6 soft armor trauma plate. The vest is made from 65% polyester 35% cotton fabric.
