The SFK-7D Kit is a turnkey, night vision ensemble for dismounted
special operations forces. The SFK-7D kit includes the AN/PVS-7D with
goggle assembly, a metal flip-up PASGT helmet mount, magnetic compass,
3-power magnifier lens and Phoenix Junior infrared beacon. The helmet
mount allows the goggle to be affixed to the helmet and incorporates a
flip-up/flip-down capability. The ML-3 afocal magnifier lens quickly
converts the AN/PVS-7D night vision goggle to a medium-range
surveillance binocular.
