The Medium Thermal Weapon Sight (MTWS) offers a 640 x 480 resolution
while incorporating 25µm (1 mil) Vanadium Oxide (VOx)
microbolometer-based uncooled thermal imaging technology, offering
day/night reconnaissance, surveillance and target acquisition for
individual and crew-served weapons as well as other man-portable
applications. It includes display automated gray scale optimization,
on-screen symbology, operator programmable symbology configuration,
operator selectable reticle and 4-button/6-position keypad for control.
